Through the joint community efforts of the African American Chamber of Commerce, Multnomah County District Attorneys Office, Multnomah County Public Defenders office, Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles, Independent Development Enterprise Alliance and the Alliance of Minority Chambers of Commerce we have prepared white papers (in PDF format) detailing just what steps you need to follow.

This program is proudly presented to your community by the African American Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with numerous community business, social service and government partners. It is not designed to address all situations.
